- Receipt content: receipt images you capture or upload, and AI-extracted details such as merchant, date, amount, and related fields.
- Export preferences: email export settings and schedules you configure.
- Technical data: basic logs needed for security, diagnostics, and service reliability.
2. How we use information
- Create and manage your account
- Send verification codes, password-reset emails, and export emails
- Process receipt images with AI analysis and store your records
- Provide list/calendar history and related product features
- Maintain security and improve service quality
3. AI processing
RITA uses AI services to analyze receipt images and extract structured information. Uploaded images and derived data are processed only to provide the app’s features.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, network protection, AI processing) solely to operate RITA.
5. Retention
We retain account and receipt data while your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account/data by contacting us. You may also stop using the app and request account deletion via support.
7. Children
RITA is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).
